There was a time when Balloon Flowers could be seen throughout the lands, but now, they only exist in history books. But, where there are seeds, there must be flowers. Perhaps the history books are not quite so accurate.

Flies in a huge circle above Daccat's Island. Just below the upper cloud line. It can also be found near Crescent Isle, near the lower cloud line.
