The Death Hound (デスハウンド Desuhaundo in Japanese) is a wolf-like monster that accompanies Piastol in all of her encounters with Vyse's party.

The Death Hound is identical in appearance to the Ferliths found in Rixis and is a green-element enemy with varying amounts of HP, depending when it is fought.
Abilities[]
Death Hound's attack options are as follows:
- Attack: A physical attack that has a chance of inflicting fatigue on the target. Used in all encounters.
- Noxi: Used in the first and second encounters. Has a chance of inflicting poison on one party member.
- Noxus: Used in the third and fourth encounters. Has a chance of inflicting poison on all party members.
- Sacri: Used in the first encounter. Heals 500 HP to one target.
- Sacres: Used in the second and third encounters. Heals 1000 HP to one target.
- Sacrum: Used in the fourth encounter. Heals 1000 HP to both the Death Hound and Piastol.
- Incremus: Used in all encounters. Increases Attack and Defense of both the Death Hound and Piastol.

When defeated the first time, the Death Hound will drop 2175 EXP and 818 Gold. The second time, it drops 5569 EXP and 1494 Gold. The third time, it drops 7000 EXP and 1733 Gold. The last time, it drops 8575 EXP and 1978 Gold.
