The Dheerse is located on a small island perched on top of one of the pillars in Yafutoma's outer wall. If you just keep following the wall, you'll eventually come across it. More specifically, it is on the eastern side of the wall, close to Mt. Kazai. If you hit Yafutoma, you've gone too far south.
