The front of the Grand Fortress
The Grand Fortress is the Valuan Capital's primary defense.
As a Dungeon[]
The Grand Fortress serves as a dungeon about halfway through the game. Only a portion of it is explored and the layout is mostly linear.
The dungeon only contains two treasure chests, both located in the harbor area. One contains a Moonberry, while the other has the Unholy Dagger guarded by Zivilyn Bane. Once the party escapes the fortress, the area cannot be revisited.
Bestiary[]

- Mage Warden
- Officer
- Destroyer
- Kantor
- Vigoro (Boss)
- Zivilyn Bane
- Dralkor Tank (Boss)
Note that Kantors only appear if a Destroyer uses "Emergency".
As a Ship Battle[]
The Grand Fortress gates are the last obstacle in the dungeon. Players simply need to wait until they can fire the Delphinus' Moon Stone Cannon, which will end the fight automatically.
