Marocca monster line

Marocca and Burocca are a species of monsters. These enemies, resembling ammonites, are palette swaps of each other, each with varying levels of strength and are fought in different locations in the game. Both variants in this monster line are Blue-affiliated.

A Marocca (マロッカ) is a variant with tan skin and a brown shell.

In-battle, the Marocca only has one battle command:

• Attack: A standard physical attack.

When defeated, Marocca yields 8 EXP, 31 Gold, and have a 6% chance of dropping a Marocca's Shell. They are fought in the Mid Ocean, Shrine Island and the airspace around Sailor's Island.

When first encountered in the Mid Ocean, Marocca is the most durable enemy, but is slower and weaker than the other enemies. It quickly becomes outclassed by stronger enemies as they're introduced in subsequent locations.

A Burocca (ブブロッカ Buburokka) is a variant with light grey skin and a turquoise shell.

In-battle, the Burocca only has one battle command:

• Attack: A standard physical attack.

When defeated, Burocca yields 285 EXP, 193 Gold, and have a 5% chance of dropping a Burocca's Shell. They are fought in the Frontier Lands and Daccat's Island.

Burocca has the highest Defense rating in both the Frontier Lands and Daccat's Island, but the rest of its stats are outperformed by other enemies. Its high defense is offset by having a significantly lower Magic Defense rating, making it very weak against Magic attacks (especially Green and Purple element).
