A civilization once flourished in this land, under the Green Moon. The observatory built on the Ixa'takan plateau speaks to their advanced study of astronomy--but, they could do naught but watch, as a shower of Moon Stones destroyed their culture.
This discovery sits atop the mountains almost directly North-northwest of the Alupas discovery. It is also almost directly due south from the shrine where the Green Moon Crystal was supposed to found.
